Transition to REGES Online – Obligations for Employers Starting in 2025
In accordance with Government Decision no. 295/2025, Romania is transitioning to REGES Online – the General Register of Employees in digital format. This IT platform is designed for completing, submitting, managing, consulting, and processing data related to individual employment contracts.
What does it mean for employers?
All employers are required to migrate from the Revisal application to the new REGES Online system, in accordance with the new regulations.
Failure to comply with this deadline may result in fines of up to 20,000 RON.
